Canadian Museums Association seeking support for the museum sector during COVID-19 response.

Dear CMA Members and stakeholders,

The Canadian Museums Association sent a letter today to the Ministers of Finance, Heritage, and Infrastructure, respectively the Honourable Bill Morneau, the Honourable Steven Guilbeault, and the Honourable Catherine McKenna. Highlighting the importance of museums and in support of the leadership they are demonstrating in these difficult times, we are seeking the federal government’s financial support for the museum sector during the response to COVID-19.

We will apprise you of further details as they develop. We encourage you to share this message with your local government representatives.
