77th Annual General Meeting – Voting Members
The Canadian Museums Association (CMA) is hosting its 77th Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM (ET). A formal notice of the meeting was shared on May 23, and copies of AGM documents have been shared on the member portal of the CMA website.This is your chance as a CMA member to be part of the conversation and help shape the future of museums in Canada.
Why Attend?

- Vote for the Board members who will lead the CMA in the coming year.
We ask members to review and update their account – and for lapsed members to renew -- by June 4, 2024 to facilitate online voting. Members should log in with their email address and member number.
Voting members unable to attend the AGM and wishing to vote by proxy are asked to submit a Proxy Form (available in the members’ portal) by email to: executivedirector@museums.ca no later than Monday, June 10, 2024, at 16:00 (ET).
If you grant your proxy to someone other than the CMA President, please ensure this person is aware that you have granted them your proxy vote. They must be registered and attend the AGM on June 19, 2024 to exercise the proxy.
